The 2299 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Creating an account while under the age of 18 is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in that account.
To be eligible to register an Account on the 2299 Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your Account remains active:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any deposited funds found to be associated with fraudulent or misrepresented identity details.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 2299 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — is considered Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
If you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 2299 support immediately at [email protected]. 2299 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has delayed notifying 2299 of a suspected breach.
2299 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: at the point of first withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative withdrawal total exceeds a threshold determined by 2299, or where 2299 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 2299 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any dormancy policy is applied. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will not be forfeited but will remain available for withdrawal upon re-verification of the account holder's identity.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 2299 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the sending account and the deposited funds will not be credited to the Player's 2299 Balance.
2299 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely the responsibility of the Player. 2299 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed within one (1) hour of submission during normal operating conditions. In circumstances requiring additional KYC verification, processing times may be extended. 2299 will communicate any such delay to the Player via the registered email address or through the in-platform support channel.
2299 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any thirty (30) day period. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing by the Player.
2299 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds issued by 2299 carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the 14-day period will be forfeited automatically.
By placing a wager on any game or sports market available through the 2299 Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that game or market. General betting and gaming rules that apply across all products are set out below.
All non-live casino games on the 2299 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live casino games use physical cards, roulette wheels, and other equipment operated by professional dealers under continuous camera supervision. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. 2299 does not modify RTP values; published RTP figures are those certified by the game provider.
Sports betting odds are determined by 2299 at its reasonable discretion based on available market information. Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager. In the event of an obvious pricing error, 2299 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
Bets on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test Championship, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI as applicable). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, specific settlement rules for each market type will apply as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
A bet may be declared void by 2299 in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest odds errors, match abandonment, data feed failure, or where 2299 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the relevant sporting event has been compromised. In all void bet cases, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Balance in full. No additional compensation will be payable.
The following actions and behaviours constitute Prohibited Conduct on the 2299 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of funds where fraud or criminal activity is established:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. 2299 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 2299's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The total aggregate liability of 2299 to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2299 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's Balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without any finding of wrongdoing, the Balance will be unfrozen and the Player will be notified. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, funds may be withheld pending resolution with the relevant authorities.

Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or disputed transactions apply.
2299 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 2299 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. By continuing to use the Platform after an amendment has taken effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 2299 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and applies generally recognised principles of contract law and consumer protection in the resolution of any dispute with Players.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 2299 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice being given by either party, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.
2299 does not make any representation that the Platform or its services are available for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the 2299 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
